5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made directly between the customer and service provider. ServiceSync may charge a platform fee for facilitating the connection. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms between parties.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may result in charges as determined by the service provider. ServiceSync reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.

7. Liability and Insurance

ServiceSync acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party professionals. Service providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance and licensing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between customers and service providers, ServiceSync will attempt to facilitate resolution. However, we are not responsible for resolving disputes and recommend direct communication between parties.

10. Modifications to Terms

ServiceSync reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
